The InnoVision Young Innovators Award is named in honor of the memory and ideals of Dr. Ibrahim Janajreh who was an important part of Michelin Research for more than 15 years,
served on the InnoVision Advisory Board of Directors for three years, and was the recipient of an InnoVision Award in 2000.

The Young Innovator Award recognizes innovative South Carolina programs that engage and encourage young people to participate in science, technology, engineering and math.
